Day 01:- Arrival at Mumbai
On Arrival at Mumbai airport SAM Tour’s executive will welcome you. Our executive will assist you to the hotel and will help you through the check in process. He will give you the tour documents and a brief about the tour as well. Overnight stay.
Day 02:- Mumbai Sightseeing
Next day get up to refreshing breakfast soon after which we will go around the city. The first place you will reach the popular Gateway of India, Nariman point is the Global Vipassana Pagoda. It’s 2 hours drive from Mumbai. It’s the place where Bone Relics of Lord Gautam Buddha were enshrined. After getting a feel of the place we shall return to Colaba Cosava. From here we move on to see Elephanta Caves – Enlisted as UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE. It is a combination of 5 Hindu Caves and 2 Buddist Caves. These are basically rock – cut architectural forms depicting Hindu Gods – lord Shiva and Parvati. After this we shall be back in the market for lunch. After lunch we get on to see Tara Porewala Aquarium. It houses exotic marine life as well as rare species of fishes. Covered fully in Glass it comes in comparison to Singapore’s Aquatic Museums! After spending the day in full swing, we will be back in the hotel for light tea, dinner and a good – nights’ sleep!
Day 03: Mumbai – Aurangabad by flight
Have breakfast at the hotel and relax. After the lunch transfer to Mumbai airport to catch flight for Aurangabad. Upon arrival at Aurangabad, check in at the hotel, relax and enjoy the services of the hotel. Dinner shall be served at the hotel
Day 04: Ajanta Caves (Aurangabad)
Ajanta Caves are at a 3 hours distance from Aurangabad. So on the first day tour of Aurangabad; we will take you to Ajanta Caves. These are 30 rock – cut Buddhist caves from 2nd century. Basically a kind of Buddhist College, these represent Buddhism in every stage. Look here for Entrance at Cave no 19 which is huge, wall paintings of Padmapani and Vajrapani, dancing in Ajanta Fresco and a copy of Lady Herringham. In the evening we shall return back to the hotel for night stay.
Day 05: Ellora Caves- Aurangabad - Ahmadabad by flight.
On the 6th day of the journey, we shall see Ellora Caves (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITES). It’s a 1 hour’s drive from Aurangabad. These are Hindu – Jain rock – cut caves from 5th and 10th century. Protected by Archaeological Survey of India, there are Buddhist caves too. These structures consist of Viharas or monasteries – multi stories, consisting of sleeping n studying rooms, kitchens etc. Caves include Buddhist Carpenters Caves, painted panels like Nataraja, and wall carvings like the wedding of Lord Shiva and so on. Take a good look at these. Afterward drive to Aurangabad airport to catch your flight for Ahmadabad. Upon Arrival Ahmadabad, our driver will meet & greet at the airport and transfer to hotel, Check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 06: Ahmadabad (265KMS/4HRS)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to explore the largest city in the former capital of the Gujarat State on this private tour of Ahmedabad. Follow your expert guide through the sites, landmarks and memorials as you make your way through this destination that was built in 1411 A.D. make stops at Jama Masjid, the Sidi Saiyeds Mosque, Akshardham Temple, the Adalaj Stepwell, and many more. It’s the perfect way to see the best of this top attraction. Our driver will report at Ahmedabad hotel at 9:00am and start your tour with a visit to the Masjid-i Jahan-Numa, commonly known as Jama Masjid of Delhi. The Jama Masjid of Delhi is the largest mosque in India and was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan between 1644 -1656 on 1 million rupees. It was inaugurated by imam from Bukhara. Overnight at the hotel in Ahmadabad.
Day 07: Ahmadabad-Udaipur (265KMS/4HRS)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Udaipur. Upon arrival Udaipur and check in the hotel, relax. In the evening enjoy the city yourself. Overnight stay at the hotel Udaipur.
Day 08: Udaipur Sightseeing
After Breakfast proceed to full day city tour of Udaipur which includes Palace Museum- made of granite and marble with filigreed balconies, ornate windows and craftsmanship in glass. Each palace within is an outstanding creation of art, Sahelion Ki Bari – a garden with fountains, once used for the enjoyment of royal ladies. Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal– a folk art museum, Jagdish Temple. Afternoon enjoy boat ride on lake Pichola. Evening is at leisure. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 09: Udaipur- Jodhpur (250KMS/5HRS)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Jodhpur. Upon arrival Jodhpur, check into the hotel. Later proceed to visit Clock tower market. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 10: Udaipur- Jodhpur
After breakfast, proceed to visit Mehragarh fort, jaswant thada, Blue buildings and umaid bhawan. Overnight at the Jodhpur.
Day 11: Jodhpur-Pushkar (250KMS/5HRS)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and driver to Pushkar. Upon arrival Pushkar, check into the hotel and proceed to visit- Savitri Temple, Old Rangji Temple, Apteshwar Temple, Paap Mochini Temple, Raghunath Temple, Atmeshwar Temple, Mahadeva Temple. These temples not only provide a spiritual getaway but also take one through the history lanes of this ancient city. Overnight in Pushkar.
Day 12: Pushkar-Delhi by train(415KMS/6HRS)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Ajmer railway station to catch your train for New Delhi. Upon arrival at Delhi, Our company representative will meet & greet at the railway station and transfer to hotel, check in the hotel and relax. Overnight at the hotel in Delhi.
Day 13: Delhi
After breakfast proceed to visit of India’s biggest Mosque- Jama Masjid. Your expert Tour guide comes to accompany you for the full day tour. After Jama Mosque visit “Raj Ghat” a memorial for Mahatma Gandhi who is the father of the nation. Now it is a drive for 20 minutes towards India Gate. This beautiful Gate was built during the British era. This Gate was erected in the memory of those brave soldiers who showed extreme valor and sacrificed their lives in the world war. In the afternoon visit Humanyun’s Tomb which is considered to be an inspiration for the world famous Taj Mahal. Afterwards you will proceed to visit Qutub Minar which is the world’s tallest tower and was constructed by the slave dynasty rulers Qutubuddin Aibak and Iltatmish Qutub Minar. Afterward visit Lotus temple is a Bahá’í House of Worship that was dedicated in December 1986, costing $10 million. Notable for its flowerlike shape, it has become a prominent attraction in the city. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 14: Delhi
Post breakfast and enjoy yourself in the hotel. In the evening check out from the hotel and transfer to IGI international airport in Delhi to catch you flight for your home.
