India Culture tour package is such tour plan which avails you the opportunity to visit Delhi, Agra, Gwalior, Khajuraho, Varanasi. This tour package is for 8 days and gives you complete insight into the famous destinations of North and central India. The tour starts from Delhi and culminates with your Delhi Sightseeing. 

On arrival you will be received by our representative, greeted and given necessary briefing before starting the tour, After freshening up you are going to have a straight drive to Agra using express highway taking approximately two and half hours time, Early check in at the hotel in Agra. After a couple of hours relax we are going to take you on a guided tour of Agra Fort – world famous UNESCO monument which was once the capital city and strong hold of Mughal empire. This Fort was built by Emperor Akbar and notable construction work was done by Jahangir and Shah- I – Jahan. There is the place called Musamman Burj where shajahan was captivated by his own son Aurengzeb and ultimately died overviewing the Taj from the balcony. This balcony is highly inlaid with semiprecious stones like the Taj. Other important buildings housed inside the Fort are Deewan- I – am , Deewan-i-khas, Khas Mahal Jahangeeri Mahal and Angoori Bagh. After Agra fort you can have lunch and then proceed for sunset view of Taj Mahal – One of the seven wonders of the world This UNESCO protected marvelous white marble mausoleum is a fine specimen of love and architecture. At the time of dusk the white marble of Taj changes colours on account of it’s translucent nature and semiprecious stones shimmer this best view you can capture in camera and feelings inside the heart. For the visit of Taj Mahal we arrange decorative horse driven carriage called Tonga to take you back to mughal era. After the visit of Taj return back to hotel. Overnight at the hotel
Early morning rise to visit the Taj at the time of dawn. This morning enjoy the beauty of Taj in different light. Return back to hotel. After breakfast visit to a marble factory where you can see how the inlaid work at Taj was done and can appreciate the art. Then you are going to have an excursion tour to Fatehpur Sikri nearly 40 Kms. Away from agra this is the second capital of the great mughal Akabar and popullary called Ghost city a deserted city. Again this UNESCO protected monument houses Deewan-i-Am, Deevan-i-Khas, Turkish Sultana’s place, Anoop Talao. There is a beautiful shrine of a great sufi saint known as Salim chishti. If time permits you can visit a monument called Itmad ud Daula’s Tomb popularly known as Baby Taj. This is the first mughal tomb built in white marble and really inspired the construction of Taj now it’s the time to stroll in local bazaars. Overnight at the hotel.

This morning after breakfast you proceed to Gwalior covering around 120 Kms. In a private luxury car. Check in at the hotel in Gwalior. Than you proceed to visit famous fort at Gwalior which is on a hill and nearly inspired the Agra Fort. It was built by Raja Mansingh. Our experienced guide is going to narrate to you all historical and architectural aspects of the Fort notable monuments are Gurjari Mahal ,Sikh temple,Saas bahu ka mandir. After lunch we take to Scindhia museum. You can also visit Tansen Tomb. Tansen was a renouwed Sitar player and one among the nine gems of Emperor Akbar’s court. You can also visit Sun Temple . Overnight at the hotel. You can also enjoy sound & light show at Gwalior Fort.

After breakfast a drive from Gwalior to Orchha check in the hotel. Orchha is a small town on the bank of river Betwa and is famous an account of serenity and pristine beauty. Important place to visit over here are Ramraja Temple and Jahangeeri palace Ramraja Temple is dedicated to Lord Rama where Rama is considered to be raja or King. This city was founded by the Bundela rulars with palaces and temple. The town is also known for its chattri’s in the memory of kings. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast you are going to enjoy a drive of 4 hours to khajuraho in a private luxury car and enjoy the country side. On reaching Khajuraho check in at the hotel. Then we proceed to explore the Temples of Khajuraho. The erotic temples of Khajuraho were built in 11th and 12th century by Chandela rulers. This got eclipsed with the pangs of time and discovered in 19th century by a British Officer Mr. T.S. Burt, Temple carvingss are dedicated to celebration of womanhood. After morning breakfast your transfer to the airport to fly to Varanasi. On arrival you will be assisted and transferred to the designated hotel. Varanasi is one of the most ancient living cities in India The nomenclature is probably on the names of two streams the Varuna and the Assi. Since time this city has been a great centre for Hindus. River Ganges is the lifeline of the city and all religious and spiritual activities are performed on its banks you can enjoy the dawn in a boat ride tour while the banks are bathed in a golden hue. In the evening you can participate in the Ganga Aarti in which river is worshipped as a goddess. Notable monuments to visit are – Bharat Mata Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple (Monkey Temple), Kashi Vishwnath Temple Tulsi Manas Temple, B.H.U. Premises etc. The Holy city of Varanasi is a major place in Cultural Tour Package.

After early morning breakfast excursion to Sarnath. This is 12 Kms. away from Varanasi. It is one of the holiest site for Buddhisht where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon. Here you can visit a stupa and can see the remains of Buddhisht monastery and also see a famous museum holding a vast collection of Buddhisht art and sculpture. Take the evening flight to Delhi. Overnight at the hotel in Delhi .

After morning breakfast proceed to a guided tour of Delhi. Your tour starts with old Delhi where you can visit Raj Ghat (Cremation place of Mahatma Gandhi ). You can visit Red Fort which was once the capital of emperor Shahjahan. This Fort en compasses Deevan-I-Am, Deevan-I-Khas, Rang Mahal etc and was constructed in 1638. Your tour continues to Jama Masjid. Which is one of Asia’s largest mosque you can enjoy cycle rickshaw ride at old Delhi. After that you will go to New Delhi which includes the Humayun’s Tomb , Qutub Minar, India Gate, Parliament Building and Rashtrapati Bhawan. India Gate is a memorial erected for Indian soldiers who died in world war 1st and names of all the soldiers are written on it. Qutub Minar is the tallest stone tower in India and was built by Qutubuddin Aibak in 1206. Humayun’s Tomb was built as a burial place for Humayun.If the time permits. You can visit lotus temple.Later in the night Fly back home with sweet memories of India Visit.
