Overview
Temple and Desert tour is a complete tour plan for 10 nights 11 days. This includes Delhi, Varanasi, Khajuraho, Orchha, Gwalior, Agra, Jaipur and other major cities of Rajasthan. Thus you are able to explore the historical and architectural glory of each city.
Day 1 Arrive Delhi
Arrive at Delhi Airport Arrive at Delhi airport. On arrival our representative will meet you and transfer to your hotel in Delhi Overnight in Delhi. We provide the Delhi to Agra Taxi Service.
Day 2 Delhi-Varanasi
After breakfast first you will visit Old Delhi, Visit Jama Masjid, the largest mosque built between years 1644-1658, during the reign of Emperor Shahjahan.After that You can visit local sight seeing of Delhi along with English Speaking Guide visit the Red fort, Qutub Minar, Humayun tomb, Presidential house, India gate etc.In the evening catch your flight for varanasi over night at your hotel in Varanasi.
Day 3 Varanasi
Early Morning start your tour of Boat Ride in river Ganges. Come back to your hotel for breakfast and then proceed for a golden triangle with Varanasi tour. Visit to Vishwanath Temple, Bharat Mata Temple Later Drive Past the famous Banaras Hindu University. Later come back to your hotel and relax. In the evening visit the Aarti ceremony at holy river Ganges and captured the panoramic view of Ganga aarti. Come back to your hotel for your overnight stay.
Day 4 Varanasi-Khajuraho
After Breakfast checkout from your hotel and drive towards to ‘Sarnath’ the famous place where Buddha gave his first Sermons. Also visit adjoining Sarnath museum.Afternoon catch your flight for Khajuraho from Varanasi Airport.Arrive at Khajuraho airport and check in at your hotel in the evening visit Sound & Light show at Khajuraho overnight at Khajuraho.
Day 5 Khajuraho-orchha-Gwalior
After Breakfast Checkout from your hotel and start your tour of Khajuraho temples It has been recognized as a world heritage site by unesco for sheltering many ancient temple and historical places of public interest .After sightseeing drive to Gwalior enroute you can visit Orchha city built in 16th century by Bundela Rulers Visit Orchha fort,Lakshmi narayan temple and after the sightseeing drive straight to Gwalior overnight at hotel in Gwalior.
Day 6 Gwalior-Agra
After breakfast checkout from your hotel and start your Agra to Gwalior Tour, man mandir palace, Saas bahu temple and also visit the royal Palace and museum of Gwalior called Jai Vilas palace after the sightseeing continue your drive to Agra check in at your hotel and the time of sunset visit the world famous monument The Tajmahal a monument of love mega structure of 16th century no comparison in the world.After sightseeing enjoy the cultural show in Agra Mohabbat the Taj( a auditorium show telling you about the story of Tajmahal with live performance) overnight at your hotel in Agra.
Day 7 Agra-Jaipur
After Breakfast visit the famous Agra fort a beautiful decorated fort of Mughal emperors with having beautiful palaces,gardens and a Pearl mosque inside.After that you can visit Itmad ud Daulah (known as Baby Tajmahal ). After sightseeing continue your drive to Jaipur enroute you can visit Fatehpursikri,sandstone city that was laid down by mughal emperor Akbar.Explore the Buland Darwaza the largest gateway in the world with historical palaces like jodhabai palace.Panch mahal,Once you reached in Jaipur (pink city) check in to a hotel for your overnight stay.
Day 8 Jaipur- Pushkar
Post Breakfast you will be taken to the visit of the splendid Amber fort, Built of red sandstone at Pushkar Fair in India.
And marble,the fort flaunts awonderful blend of hindu and Rajput style of architecture enjoy the Elephant ride at Amber fort.Later you can visit City palace a residential palace of Royal family of Jaipur with a world class museum inside open for visitors.And after that you can also visit Jantar mantar.After all the sightseeing continue your drive to Pushkar city stay and overnight at Pushkar.
Day 9 Pushkar-Jodhpur
Post breakfast vist the famous Brahma temple,One of the few temples of in the world dedicated to this deity.You can also visit Pushkar lake a holy lake where thousand of Hindu pilgrims take bath on special occasions.After the sightseeing continue your drive to blue city of Jodhpur which is famous for its historical monuments. Stay and overnight at your Hotel in Jodhpur.
Day 10 Jodhpur-Mandawa
After breakfast visit the famous Mehrangarh fort situated on a low sandstone hill.Also visit Jaswant Thada a marble cenotaph built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant singh.After that you can visit the Umed Bhavan palace An old palace presently running as a heritage Hotel famous for its Royal wedding arrangements from Bollywood to Hollywood celebrities.After sightseeing continue your drive to ‘Mandawa’ overnight stay at your hotel in Mandawa.
Day 11 Mandawa-Delhi
